Vegan Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 8 tbsp plant-based butter
  • 2 cups blackberries

Instructions
 

  • Wash the blackberries and drain. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Melt plant-based butter. Mix milk and butter in the flour mixture. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  • Top with blackberries and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes to one hour.
