blackberries
Instructions
Wash the blackberries and drain. Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Melt plant-based butter. Mix milk and butter in the flour mixture. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
Top with blackberries and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes to one hour.
